iPod/iPad/iPhone/MP3 to B&O BeoVision OFC cable

This product is a high quality audiophile cable to allow you to connect your iPod, iPad, iPhone, PC or MP3 player (or any audio device with a 3.5mm headphone/line output socket) into your Bang and Olufsen BeoVision television using the Aux or Aux1 socket. This will fit almost all B&O televisions manufactured between around 1970 and 1990 (ie. those with a 7 pin DIN "Audio Aux Link" or "Aux/Line" socket fitted) - if you are in any doubt, please ask!

This cable is also suitable for RECORDING FROM a B&O audio system TO a PC or portable audio recorder. BeoSound/BeoMaster/BeoCenter, etc).

If using a Beolink 1000 remote control, simply press "AV" and then "CD" to activate the external audio input. If using a Beo4 remote control, press "List" until "AV" appears on the screen, then press "CD" to activate the external audio input. If you have an older "LX" series TV that was originally provided with a Beolink Video remote control and you are now using a Beolink 1000, just press "SHIFT", "SHIFT" and then "TV" (pressing "SHIFT" on Beolink 1000 is equivalent to the "AUX" button on the Beolink Video Terminal).

For best results, you will normally need to set the volume control on your MP3 player near to maximum when it is connected to a television. This is due to the low signal level produced by portable music players. This cable sends audio signals only, so it will not transmit pictures to your television.
