Quad 33/44 to 303/405 pre/power Amp Cable 4 pin DIN

This product is a high quality audiophile cable to allow you to connect your Quad 33 or 44 Pre-Amplifier to the matching 303, 405 or 405-2 Power Amplifier - these cables were rare in the 1970's and are nearly impossible to obtain now! We have managed to find a very limited new stock of the original high-quality 4-pin DIN plugs for these systems and we are manufacturing a limited production run of these cables on a STRICTLY "FIRST COME-FIRST SERVED" basis.

Compatible Quad pre-amplifiers:-

  • * All models with 4-pin DIN output sockets, including 33 and 44 (not suitable for Naim amplifiers)

    Compatible Quad power amplifiers:-

  • * All models with 4-pin DIN input sockets, including 303, 405 and 405-2 (not suitable for Naim amplifiers)

    High quality metal-cased plugs with a plastic outer cover are used on our cables in preference to the cheap unshielded plugs that you will see on many other companies' cables. Our metal cased plugs give better protection against induced electrical noise, which can degrade the sound quality produced. They are also far more rugged, to give you years of listening pleasure.

    Audiophile-quality screened cabling is used in our cables, to ensure unrivalled sound quality, to prevent interference. This also reduces cross-talk and impedance to give a clearer, cleaner sound. The cable is finished in black.

  • * Screened Copper cable with black sheath
  • * Signal conductors (x 2): 7 x 0.2mm copper
  • * Screening conductors: 25 x 0.1mm copper
  • * Screened to reduce interference
  • * Metal-bodied 4-pin DIN plugs with black plastic outer cover (x 2)

    Please note: Very few other companies' cables use metal-bodied shielded plugs. Even fewer use cabling with screening conductors to minimise noise and interference. If other companies' listings don't state these specifications, then their cables usually don't come anywhere near our quality! If you've invested in a good quality audio system, then you need good cables to get the best from it. All our cables are designed and tested by a Graduate Electronics Engineer with over 20 years experience of hi-end audio equipment.
